Responsibilities:
- Identifies and suggests suitable branch/ franchise locations according to the company's definitions and conditions.
- Grow portfolio brands by creating and implementing our international expansion plan to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Network and build trusting relationships with key franchise consultants throughout the country.
- Analyze the market potential keeping on top of key trends.
- Thoroughly understand our brand, products and services to assist in presenting concepts to potential partners.
- Take ownership of the entire sales process from first point of contact to final agreement.
- Negotiates the rental terms and conditions and prepares the contracts.
- Decides on locations and offers from landlords which are not suitable to the company.
- Follow up the rent contract duration.
- Arranges for all legal authorisation procedures related with the opening and operation of franchises/ branches.
- Arranges for good quality construction works according to the company's construction manual.
- Carries out controls about the compliance of constructors with relevant contracts and to advise the Regional Manager about irregularities discovered.
- Works in coordination with the Sales Manager and Area Managers.
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years or more relevant experience and proven track record in related field of work.
- Has experience in Business Development & Project management functions for a Retail Chain.
- Experience of establishing a team for business development into new regions would be ideal.
- Must have Project Management experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to work within a structured framework to reach long term goals.
- Business oriented and results driven.
- A goal getting attitude where you like to take the initiative.
