Public Finance Executive Requirements:
- Minimum of eight years of experience dealing directly with public finance and related securities law matters strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of federal tax law Sec. 103 - 140 / 150 strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of fe! deral securities laws strongly preferred
- J.D. law deg! ree from an accredited school
- A proven track record working within a diverse legal team to accomplish client and firm goals
