Responsibilities:
- Operate SAMs canning line alongside brewing staff
- Always insure sanitation of equipment and beer lines
- Fill our beer packaging logs/transfer logs accordingly
- Participate in quality control exercises
- Maintain canning equipment and all packaging equipment
- Report any issues, faulty equipment to head brewer
- Packaging beer into kegs
- Keg cleaning and sanitation
- Ensure all areas of brewery and warehouse are clean and organized
- Operate forklift in a safe respectable manner
- CIP of brewing vessels
- Sanitation of brewing vessels
- Maintenance of equipment
- Assist with inventory counts and alert head brewer when supplies get low
- Work with Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to insure an organized and clean warehouse area
- Occasionally represent Lone Oak Brewing Company at festivals and events
