This person will be charged with seeking out areas of inefficiency suggest ways to improve processes regarding people machines processes SOPs etc. across sites.
Develops designs and plans equipment and machine layouts workflow and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities.
Develops labor cost analysis evaluates worker productivity and implements improvements to the process.
Develops and improves workplace design
Initiates and evaluates plant project requests through cost justification analysis.
Evaluates opportunities for efficient utility utilization and cost reduction.
Establishes and implements a process to p! rioritize projects within the plant based on economic return. !
Evaluates and executes time-study techniques to establish labor standards.
Works with the maintenance leadership and staff to plan and prioritize maintenance projects as well as options and cost.
