Community Corrections/Drug Court - County - 04-01 (5763:5); Hourly range: $16.78 - $21.50; Hours! : Full time; 40 hours per week; hours vary as needed. This is human service work in a community corrections program utilizing a variety of fundamental rehabilitation and support modalities to assist clients. Supervises participants in the Community Corrections Drug Court Program, develops Individual Program Plans for clients, maintains on-going case files, assists with on-site and community drug testing, gathers and evaluates information and data from other agencies (i.e. police, attorney, courts, treatment), and coordinates with community agencies and resources as needed to make appropriate referrals and to provide strong case management services to participants. Qualifications: Associate degree in human services or related field, or equivalent. Necessary Special Requirement: Possession of a valid driver's license when operating a vehicle is required in the performance of assigned duties.
