The ideal candidate willoperate all AV/IT systems (e.g., audio visual (AV), video teleconferencing (VTC), audio conferencing, and video display systems, etc.) in the ! USSTRATCOM Wargame Center (WGC) and develop and document tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for the same using the Joint Staff sponsored Iron Crucible exercise as the primary demonstration mechanism.

The WGC provides a workspace capable of virtual, constructive and collaborative worldwide planning. Leveraging state of the art collaboration and visualization tools (VTCs, video displays, multi-network connectivity, etc.), the WGC provides an immersive analytic operational environment that enables the development, display, documentation and analysis of WGC events.

The Wargame Center Division seeks an individual(s) with extensive experience operating AV/IT components including cameras, codecs, microphones, switchers, and control panels. This individual will meet and consult with end users to determine AV technology needed for a WGC event, and ensure those capabilities are in place and functional for each event.

The individual will analyze requ! irements for audio/video and multimedia technologies and servi! ces, and recommends preferred solutions to end users. The individual(s) will use identified skillsets to manage and operate the AV/IT suite in the Wargame Center, document events from an AV/IT perspective to develop lessons learned and incorporate necessary changes to the TTPs.

Familiarization with the USSTRATCOM organization and existing audio visual and information technology architectures is preferred. The individual(s) should not only possess requested skillsets to allow navigation through and around existing architectures and information assurance policy but be able to clearly articulate and help the customer define and refine product requirements.

Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:
Performs Operator level troubleshooting of AV/VTC issues and audio/video conferencing related issues. Works directly with customers to assist in setup/break down and operation of electronic presentations vis--vis audio/video conference equipment. Pe! rforms professional electrical/electronics engineering work, applying education and experience to provide engineering analysis, design, integration, and implementation for systems support. Additional responsibilities include providing technical audio/visual and systems integration support. Interacts directly with video conference users to provide remote phone-based, and or in-room support/troubleshooting for real time and scheduled videoconference bridges as well as effective and timely remedy-based trouble call management and escalations. Assists equipment custodian with maintaining inventory of all audio and video equipment and recommends/provides maintenance as needed. Effects the upkeep of Creston control keypads to include maintenance and systems upgrades as required. Performs intricate alignment and calibration procedures to ensure maximum AV/VTC systems are operating efficiently. Establishes solutions to moderately complex operation problems within the capacity and o! perational limitations of installed equipment. Trains end users to oper! ate AV/VTC equipment. Assists team with life cycle refresh projections for VTC infrastructure and AV equipment build out projects.

Qualifications

Required:
Experience managing and operating audio and video conferencing technologies (including Polycom and Cisco/Tandberg), audio-visual room control technologies (including Creston, AMX, and Lutron), audio-visual system user interface design, local and remote conference bridging solutions, and basic video post-production. Has a thorough understanding and working knowledge of testing, analyses and corrective action on systems, networks, hardware and software in a Professional Audio/Video environment. Experience with programming software for AMX, Crestron & Cisco/Tandberg and Polycom VTC equipment. Familiarity with and compliance to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) operational guidelines. A demonstrable understanding of AV systems integration techniques including audio DSP programming.
Desired:
DVSG Level 2 Training Certification, Security+, CTS Programming certification in either AMX or Crestron (both preferred) C#, C++ and .Net experience desired
Security Clearance: TS/SCI eligible

Additional Information

Physical Requirements:
This position primarily consists of working indoors in an office environment. In the course of the employees duties he/she may travel to customer sites to perform essential job duties. Essential functions: The employee may be required to: sit, walk, or stand for extended periods, talk and hear with the ability to communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself, exchange information, to use the hands and fingers to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, or position, and see to detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.

Travel Requirements
Short term travel shall be necessary to assi! st client in the completion of its tasks. Forecasted travel is one trip! during contract period of performance to locations within the continental US (CONUS). Other travel may be required based on business goals and objectives.

Non-Disclosure Agreement: This policy is stated in the Employee Handbook, which will be supplied during the first month of employment. All employees of Webhead will be required to sign and adhere to this agreement.

Schedule Requirements
This position shall require the Database developer to be available during normal working hours from 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time(CST)
