Attorney required experience:

• Contract negotiations for large businesses
• One to two years of experience with transactional law (mergers, acquisitions, etc.)
• Nebraska license
• Estate planning, probate preferred (not required)
• Structuring business entities, complex partnerships and joint venture arrangements
• Advisory services involving mergers, acquisitions, tax ramifications
• Advisory for debt restructuring as well as representation of borrowers and lenders
• Representing clients with acquisition and sale of multi-residential or commercial buildings
• Advising clients in commercial leases, licen! sing, and maintenance agreements, protection of intellectual p! roperty, joint development and distribution agreements, and any other business related issues
