West Corporation seeks an Associate Counsel to provide exemplary legal services for our Alerts and Notifications businesses as well as our Interactive Voice Response (IV! R) Platform services. You will provide guidance on corporate a! nd regulatory matters including: drafting, negotiating and managing the client and vendor contracts process; drafting and negotiating corporate documents; analyzing relevant laws and regulations; fostering internal and external business relationships; contributing to the problem resolution process by identifying, evaluating and resolving issues as they arise; and contributing generally as a member of the legal team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Law degree from an accredited college or university required

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of increasingly responsible experience in commercial legal practice post JD required
• Applicable non-legal experience may be substituted for one of the three years of required legal practice

Other

• Active Member of a State Bar preferred
• Willing to become member of Nebraska State Bar preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Lexus, Westlaw, and oth! er legal software required
• Travel may be required
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
