Provide support to the attorneys in the FNN Legal Department. This support is primarily in the area of drafting and reviewing a variety of instruments under attorney supervisi! on including internal and external correspondence. Process, organize and maintain legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage legal files for the Legal Department.
2. Perform general legal work at the direction of the supervising attorney, including research and writting.
3. Work with internal personnel to develop and modify practices and procedures to conform to legal requirements.
Job Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience.
2. Ability to manage a variety of assignments and projects at the same time.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Additional Qualifications:
1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Demonstrated ability to work independently.
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
