Examples of Work:
Highly responsible clerical and administrative work, assisting the judge! s, the public and the Clerk Magistrate. Responsible for the record in the courtroom and entering case data.
Supervise and formulate data entry functions, responsible for the court record, assist the public, may prepare reports and compile statistics.
Qualifications / Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS: Some employment experience; college education may be substituted for employment experience on a year for year basis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of operations of the court, typing and computer skills, ability to become proficient in the Use of JUSTICE (the statewide court computer system.) Ability to learn the digital recording system.
