City Attorney/Commission on Human Rights City 03 00 (1032:6); Hourly: $14.28; Hrs: Part time; 20 - 24 hours per week; hours to be arranged by supervisor. This is grant funded position. The Commission of Human Rights is seeking a part-time clerical person for the following responsibilities: serve as receptionist; prepare and process correspondence and meeting agendas, minutes, and notices; maintain case and conference related databases in MS Access; create and organize case files; create brochures and posters; prepare the annual report; assist in the planning and coordination of the annual conference; website maintenance; photocopying and filing; and other duties as required. Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications efficiently, possess strong organizational and people skills, and have the ability to multi-task. Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent and 6 months 2 years experience in an office setting, or equivalent. Must type 40 wpm after errors. TYPING TEST REQUIRED and must be taken prior to the posted closing date. The City of Lincoln will soon begin the process to revise and restate the civilian employee retirement plan by amending the plan to reduce the City's contribution match.
