Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Perform room and public area inspections to maintain hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner
- Supervises Housekeeping subordinates and delivers quality services to exceed guest expectations
- Co-ordinate special projects (e.g. pest control, window and marble cleaning, room inventories)
- Carries out cleaning work and linen room duties when required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role in hotel operations
- Highly motivated, strong communication and leadership skills
- Liaise with Front Office and Engineering for guest and hotel requirements
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing) is preferable
- Able to work shift duties
Less experience will be considered as Senior Room Attendant / Room Attendant
