This person will supervise 19 Maintenance Technicians and report to the Maintenance Manager. Monday through Saturday until the month of June. This is a non union plant with 425 people and 380 in production.
Looking for 2-4 years USDA meat processing experience Bilingual skills a major plus Candidates with kill, fabrication or portion control will all be considered for they will train on their current processes
