Role Overview:
  • Be responsible for insurance placement, support to ensure the team's success in achieving placement targets and meeting client needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the placement process, ensuring efficient and effective handling of client accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms and conditions for client policies.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, such as sales and account management, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of insurance solutions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and emerging risks, and share this knowledge with the placement team to enhance their understanding and decision-making.
  • Participate in business development activities, including client meetings, presentations, and proposals, to support the growth and retention of client accounts.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and industry developments, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.


Operational Excellence

  • Applies company policies and procedures to deliver varied technical and professional activities and to resolve issues that are generally similar in nature.
  • Adhere the requirements from local regulations and Aon compliance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience generally.
  • Proficiency in Chinese/English
  • Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with insurance carriers and underwriters.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically with good problem-solving skill
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Detailed minded, proactive, accurate and well organized.

資格要求:
  • 7 年以上的相關經驗。
  • 精通中文/英文
  • 具備本工作所需之專業能力
  • 出色的人際關係和溝通技巧
  • 良好的談判和關係管理能力,能夠與保險公司及內部團隊有效合作。
  • 具有良好的解決問題能力的戰略性和分析性思考能力
  • 獨立高效的工作能力
  • 縝密思維、積極主動、準確且能良好組織工作時間。
