We are looking for someone with:
- Evolving changes and uncertainties in the eMPF requirement and how it incorporates in existing system and future system
- Ability in cooperation with internal peers and external parties (including new vendors) on the development of the business initiatives and new servicing models
- High degree of sense in unforeseen market changes and customer sentiments after eMPF onboarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and solutioning skills
- A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure
- Open to change and continuous improvement
Nice to Haves:
- Exposure to and understanding of Agile scrum methodologies and experience of working in an Agile team
- Experiences in managing the business initiatives and project management
- Strong philosophy in fostering digitalization
On the job you will:
- Assist various teams to manage the special business initiatives preparing for the launch of eMPF and determine future service model to support both employers and members in achieving business goals;
- Assist the penetration and adoption of e-services tools to target groups and develop sales for services model
- Work closely with team head and counter partners for client retention to ring fence existing portfolio
- Participate in task force and work group and support the business initiatives
- To deliver solutions and execute the implementation plans to meet the agreed timeline
- Monitor service activities to comply with regulated requirements and risk management
- Proactively evaluate key performance measures for continuous success
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders in an Agile environment
