Risk Specialist

Analyze our business processes to identify areas of risk and create or have reports created to investigate.
Act as an agent in the chargeback transaction flow to minimize risk to the company and take steps through our systems and processes to eliminate future risk from chargeback.
Take proactive measures to educate member services on new systems, trends, processes/procedures
Assist external customers and vendors with privacy protection
Be the point of contact for resolution with escalated contacts or non-traditional support contacts such as Attorney General complaints, Subpoenas, B! BB complaints
Manage the flow of USPS letters address! ed to the company
Wellâ€developed sense of urgency and follow through in both internal and external communication
Reach out to vendors or partners by email or phone for any needed information or clarification
Understand and utilize the internal systems for research and to obtain needed information
Provide regular concise feedback and escalations to management regarding routine work and exceptions or ideas
Attend ongoing internal training and develop knowledge in all areas of the company’s products.
Work assigned shifts (independent work may be required in certain extended shift situations).
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors’ degree or High School diploma
2 years’ experience in a customer support environment; a plus for work in privacy, risk or escalated contacts
Strong desire to work to your greatest potential and provide excel! lent customer satisfaction.
Open to learning and practicing new processes, freely communicating ideas, and committed to the best end result.
A strong command of the English language; both written and spoken verbal.
Excellent history of attendance and punctuality
