Were you “Born to Work Here� Cabela’s has an opening for a Corporate Attorney - Real Estate in the Legal department at our corporate office in Sidney, NE.JOB DESCRIPTION: This position provide legal advice and services to business areas within the company as assigned from time to time, primarily relating to Real Estate, Retail Expansion, and Construction/Facilities.KEY DUTIES: Document real estate acquisition and disposition transactions on behalf of the company to mitigate legal risks and accurately reflect the business terms negotiated by business clients. Provide legal advise relating to property management issues arising from existing retail facilities.
Supervise and manage outside legal resources to protect the interests of the company while maximizing value. Develop and maintain corporate templates for real estate transaction documents. Issue spotting and developing alternative processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
