We are seeking an attorney to perform general and specifi! c corporate legal services able to take the lead role on moderate to complex assignments. The candidate will lead and coordinate the efforts of outside counsel on international business registration and qualification issues; prepare and review various standard form design, design-build and construction contracts and general conditions in conjunction with related impacts and implications; research and help to develop international practice guidelines for countries where design services are performed; assists and participate in negotiations involving major contracts; advise and assist project management on contract administration and claims avoidance; prepare and present risk management seminars to company staff; and provide general legal counsel as needed. The attorney may perform other responsibilities including, insurance/risk management, claims/ litigation and HR issues.

Requirements
- ! JD Degree
- Successfully passed state bar exam
- Experience with complex agreements
- Drafting and negotiating architectural, engineering, consulting and design-build agreements.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office Products.
- Prior litigation/arbitration experience.
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Responsive to issue resolution
- Self-starter and ability to think on their feet
