POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage the delivery of large, complex enterprise-wide programs/projects/deliverables in support of company initiatives and provide solutions to complex program management issues. Facilitate the discovery of program or project scope needs by bringing together appropriate subject knowledge experts. Identify execution strategies to achieve program goals and objectives. Ensure project prioritization meets organizational priorities and timelines. Provide program and/or project oversight to ensure the business community needs, companyâs business plan and other association priorities have been met. Coordinate cross-functional workgroups and/or complex projects that are large in scope and audience. Work with technology and business leaders to ensure the appropriate and timely assignment of projects. Communicate with business and IT team members at all levels of the organization to ensure program success. Motivate and mentor project team members to build skills in leadership, decision-making and cross-functional communication.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
1. Facilitate and coordinate project prioritization with input and direction from a program office governance oversight team. Manage program or project deliverables, ensuring effective completion and implementation in line with organizational strategic goals and objectives.
2. Create understanding of project/program value and build buy-in across the organization.
3. Work with business unit leaders to ensure a consistent and holistic perspective is taken when planning enterprise-wide, business unit or major process change.
4. Participate in technology and enterprise-wide project prioritization process, and ensure that appropriate balance is brought to development efforts, both large and small to meet organizational goals.
5. Administer the overall program management plan and timelines. Monitor, consult, and support the use and alignment of project/program policies, processes, methodologies, deliverables, guidelines, and standards throughout project/program lifecycles.
6. Work with FCSAmerica business units and IT community to identify constraints/limitations and program progress and communicate these to an oversight and governance team.
7. Assist business owners in definition of project/program goals/objectives and communicate expectations for completion to project team.
8. Document and communicate â"project/program progress and coordinate interdependencies with other projects. Monitor and share key measures across projects.
9. Lead resolution and re-planning activities with stakeholders to realign strategies and close identified gaps as needed.
10. Ensure quality and high standards are maintained at all times through program execution.
11. Support a culture of continual service improvement, generate insights about program office processes and recommend process improvements.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelorâs degree in business administration, technology, economics or finance. Five or more years in project management and experience in managing large scale projects across division/teams. Ability to monitor the work of others, nurture positive relationships across the organization, and provide coaching to project team members as needed.
Duties require:
Demonstrate the ability to effectively select, coach, develop and lead team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Demonstrate competence in project management, enterprise program management.
- Thorough working knowledge of FCSAmerica including business lines, business systems and customer base or the ability to develop this working knowledge
- Demonstrated understanding of the use of Agile project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the business.
- Experience working with cross-functional project teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability and skill to lead, support and influence the achievement of the mission, goals and objectives of a program.
- Experience with systems and business process implementations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and effectively demonstrate team building attitude and skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Association and other Farm Credit entity employees, service providers, internal/external auditors, consultants and vendors.

- Ability to reason, judge, compare, calculate, evaluate and critique such information as written materials, numerical data, responses to customer needs and/or other work related activities.
