We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have extensive knowledge of LEDES invoicing, Legal Billing systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, teleconferences.
 - Maintain filing systems, databases, and records.
 - Answer and direct phone calls.
 - Act as a liason between vendors and firm
 - Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
 - Prepare all Budgets and Case Evaluation Plans
 - Assist Executive Director with administrative day-to-day tasks
 - Prepare all legal invoices for the office (corrections, finalized invoices, submit to clients)
 
Salary is DOE on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
