Detailed specification about this job opportunity please read the description below. Role Overview: Legal Department is expanding and requires more staff. Seeking attorneys with transactional and/or regulatory experience who can work with various levels of bank personnel on numerous projects.
Attorneys will be responsible for various legal projects including contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation, rendering legal opinions on a wide range of issues, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Assist the other bank personnel in reaching their objectives in a legal and compliant manner. Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in a law firm or in-house legal department as well as the ability to work effectively both on teams and independently. Job Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor degree, licensed to practice in a US state and in good standing
2.Must take a business approach with legal knowledge to recognize problems and consider all possbile solutions
3. Able to handle a fast paced work environment and exel
Additional Qualifications:
1. Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
2. Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize work. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and comfort interacting with all levels of personnel within the company
